To complete your application for a Villa Toscana apartment home, applicants must submit a completed application, the application fee and administrative fee, and one month of income verification. Acceptable income documentation may include recent pay stubs, W-2s, 1099s, pension or support documentation, or other applicable proof of income.

Yes. Residents may be eligible to transfer to another apartment home within the community after completing at least six months of residency and satisfying any applicable transfer requirements, including a successful pre-inspection of their current apartment home.
Villa Toscana offers 12-month lease terms, along with short-term lease options for qualified residents. Please note that additional fees may apply for short-term leases.
Yes. Applicants are generally required to have a household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent to qualify. Villa Toscana also participates in housing assistance programs and welcomes applicants who use housing vouchers, subject to program guidelines and community qualification requirements.
Security deposits range from $300 up to 1.5 times the monthly rent, depending on the application screening results and qualification criteria. The leasing team will provide the specific deposit amount during the approval process.

Villa Toscana's leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The leasing office is closed on Sundays. Residents and prospective residents are welcome to visit during business hours for leasing assistance, resident services, and community information.
